How should I do the team planning for the Design system building? How many UI folks? How many UI folks? Do I need a DevOps person or a backend person? Well, when one is building the Design system before that they need a Team. The team builds the design system. So, how one should plan for the team?
The design system should have:
- Front-end developers
- UX folks
- Web/Graphics designers
- A full stack developer or someone who knows servers, hosting, etc
- Content writer
- Qualit Assurance team
- Project Manager
- Tech Manager
- Support team
- DevOps person
The numbers in per domain will vary as per the scale of the work one has.
